Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the condition you received them—unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please examine your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns. This includes perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item for a refund and place a separate order for the new one.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification. The item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
